Tomy's second series of Capsule figures focuses on Springfield Elementary School and includes Principal Skinner, Ms. Krabappel, Groundskeeper Willie, Otto, Ralph Wiggum, Martin Prince, Bart, and Milhouse Van Houten. These are packaged in small capsules and available in gum-ball type dispenser machines.
