Late 2005 Simpsons Bust-Ups: Series 1
Released in USA by Gentle Giant
Gentle Giant Studios released the first in a series of Simpsons Bust-Ups in 2005. For the Simpsons line, Gentle Giant plans on building on the bust style and include full figure and diorama style Bust-Ups. Bust-Ups are miniature plastic bust, requiring some assembly. They are about 2-3" tall and come blind-boxed.
The first series was themed around Treehouse of Horror. It included Raven Bart, Devil Flanders, Dracula Burns, and Kang and Alien Maggie. There were two chase pieces: A clear red Flanders and a green Kang/Maggie. This series came packaged in coffin-shaped packaging.
The toy show pictures seen below were revealed at Comic Con 2005.
